NorthBridge Professional Services LLC is an Oklahoma-based, veteran-owned and Native American-owned small business. We are early in our history and growing deliberately: through teaming, subcontracting and strategic partnerships with prime contractors, qualified subcontractors and government customers in Oklahoma and North Texas.

Behind every installation requirement are military personnel and families who need safe, functioning facilities and dependable support. Behind every tribal-serving agency requirement are communities and families who depend on reliable services. Behind every commercial request is a customer who deserves competent work, transparency and accountability.

Twenty-two years as the customer.
Military service. NorthBridge was founded by a veteran with 22 years of military service in leadership, operations, training and project-management roles, followed by work supporting military customers in defense-related operations. He understands military customers from firsthand experience: what a requirement means to the people behind it, what readiness demands, and what a late or careless result costs.
Project management and coordination. His career was spent planning, coordinating and delivering work across stakeholders with different chains of command, which is the discipline NorthBridge offers today.
Pueblo of Laguna. He is an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Laguna, a federally recognized tribe, with personal and family experience using services provided by Native American-serving agencies. That experience shapes how NorthBridge approaches those agencies: the people and families they support remain central to the work.
